Is James Bradberry the best CB in the NFL after leaving the Carolina Panthers?
James Bradberry has excelled since leaving the Carolina Panthers.
Life is full of guesswork. Things we could have done differently. This is certainly true for Carolina Panthers regarding some of their off-season decisions ahead of an exciting new era under head coach Matt Rhule.
It didn’t take a nuclear physicist to figure out that substantial changes were going to be made after a period of stagnation with the Carolina Panthers. The organization has parted ways with some prominent locker room leaders, lost Luke kuechly retired, and even showed an iconic quarterback Cam Newton the door after the arrival of Teddy Bridgewater in free agency.
However, one movement in particular seems to be turning against you in a big way.
James bradberry was one of the hottest free agents out there after failing to come to an agreement on a long-term deal in Carolina. It wasn’t long before the offers started to arrive, with the cornerback finally deciding to spend a lot of money to the New York Giants.
It already seems like a smart move on the part of the MetLife Stadium front office. Bradberry has so far been an absolute sensation in 2020 that has left Carolina’s fan base with some semblance of regret that the player was allowed to walk for nothing in the spring.
The Panthers have had surprisingly good production from their corner unit this season. But Bradberry’s level of play was on another level.
